About the Committee

The Democratic Town Committee is a body elected by registered Democrats in the town of Douglas, MA. The election is held every four years on the same ballot as the Presidential primary. The Committee itself may appoint new members between elections. The Committee also elects officers, who make up the Executive Board of the Committee.

Executive Board:

The Executive Board of the Douglas Democratic Town Committee is responsible for organizing meetings. In addition, each member has specific responsibilities as dictated by the position title. These officers are elected by the full Douglas Democratic Town Committee after each Committee election, which is held every four years in conjunction with the Presidential primary.
